Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2,1 cups shredded romaine lettuce medium ripe tomato
1/2,1 head of boston lettuce or iceberg coarsely chopped clove crushed garlic
2,1 hard-boiled large eggs separated whites and yolks finely chopped tbsp red wine vinegar
5,3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1,1 ripe hass avocado cut into 1/2-inch pieces tsp dijon mustard
6,1 oz chicken breast cooked and diced tbsp lemon juice
2 to,2 matoes finely chopped tbsp water
1/2,1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese reduced fat tsp oregano
salt and fresh pepper to taste
1 tbsp minced shallot
