Cocktail Meatballs

Features:
    Cuisine:

I doubled the cornflakes and accidently put ketchup in sauce so I put some of the chili sauce in the meat. Had some mango preserves to use, so used that in place of cranberry sauce. I really like these. Will be great with cranberry sauce!. Easy to make! used a 1.25" scoop and made smaller meatballs than the recipe requested. It netted me 6 dozen meatballs.

Cocktail Meatballs, A nice appetizer, easy and a bit different , Oh my, did these ever turn out good I had the neighbors over for happy hour and decided this would be quick and easy The meatballs were very tender, moist and flavorful and we LOVED the sauce!!! This is a keeper and I’ll be making it many times over In fact, I plan on making a batch of the meatballs and freeze Then all I have to do is heat them up in the sauce Thanks for sharing, Lalaloob , A nice appetizer, easy and a bit different
