Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Nutmeg and Ginger in a Bowl and Stir With a Whisk to Combine. |

Place Sugar, Oil, Yogurt and Eggs in Mixer Bowl and Beat at Medium Speed Until Well Blended. |
