    Im giving this 5 stars because I made this and took it to work. Poof, it was gone! The only thing I changed was to add glazed marachino cherries on top before I put on the chocolate. Had to give out the recipe to everyone. Even one of my single guys said he was making it for desert for Christmas! Can't argue with that!

    Vanilla Coconut Bars,These quick and easy bars are one of the best I’ve come across. Been making these for about 7 years. A friend gave me the recipe.,Im giving this 5 stars because I made this and took it to work. Poof, it was gone! The only thing I changed was to add glazed marachino cherries on top before I put on the chocolate. Had to give out the recipe to everyone. Even one of my single guys said he was making it for desert for Christmas! Can’t argue with that!,WOW! These are amazing! Instead of drizzling the chocolate on top, I stirred in chocolate chips before baking. Delicious!!! I’ll be making these often.

    Heat Oven to 350.

    Spray 13x9 Baking Pan.

    Put Cake Mix in Lg Bowl.

    Cut in Butter Until Crumbly.

    Add Water, Vanilla, and Egg; Mix Well.

    Bake For 15-20 Minutes or Until Golden Brown.
