Company Pork Roast,This is very tasty and have received rave reviews. I serve the liquid from the roast, in a small bowl, to spoon over the meat.,Loved this pork roast! It was delicious. Only two things I would change. Wouldn’t line the pan with foil because all the delicious marinade snuck underneath the foil and the roast couldn’t bask in the tasty goop. I would also only use half of the marinade to coat the roast going into the oven and save the remainder for basting throughout. However, that being said, it was still delicious and one I would definitely make again!! Everyone loved it. Even the picky eaters.,Food won’t let me leave stars….but I give this 5 stars. The flavor of the liquid (can’t call it gravy) was fabulous. I’d increase that next time. My roast did not get as tender as I would like, but it was still delicious!
