Directions
Cookie Icing/Frosting That Hardens,This will harden and it will hardens quite quickly, it’s the perfect icing to decorate cookies, if desired you may omit the vanilla, I like to add it in, the amounts may be reduced by half if desired.,I was confused on why the confectioners sugar was measured before sifting, but I did it as directed. However, the milk measurement seemed off. I had to add a tablespoon and a half just to be able to stir it. Otherwise, this makes a good soft-bite but firm icing. I added lemon extract to mine instead of the almond and it was very good on my Amish Sugar Cookies.
