Cookie Icing/Frosting That Hardens

Features:
    Cuisine:

I was confused on why the confectioners sugar was measured before sifting, but I did it as directed. However, the milk measurement seemed off. I had to add a tablespoon and a half just to be able to stir it. Otherwise, this makes a good soft-bite but firm icing. I added lemon extract to mine instead of the almond and it was very good on my Amish Sugar Cookies.
