(Copycat) Chi Chi’s Cornbread,This is the BEST corn bread out there and SUPER EASY! Beware it is MOIST! You also can double the recipe to make a thicker batch of corn bread.,I very good. Its a request at holliday meals now,Excellent recipe! The only change I made was in the sugar. It’s too much, and really not necessary when you’re using creamed corn. It still came out just like I remembered. Thanks for sharing!!!
