Directions
Cork County Irish Bread,This is the best Irish Soda Bread recipe ever! It comes out crunchy on the outside and soft, sweet and moist inside. I got this from an old Irish cookbook in high school to make for an Irish feast we had in history class.,I have made this 3 times in the last few weeks. I only made one other recipe before and it was not nearly as good. Very easy and delicious. used craizins because I do not like raisins. Everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe.,Don’t all Irish Soda Bread recipes call for “caraway seeds”? They do in Ireland!
