    Mix the Creamed Corn, Milk, Egg, Flour, Coriander, Salt and Pepper in a Bowl Until Well Combined.

    Heat a Large Frying Pan Over a Medium Heat. Add a Little Oil to Grease.

    Drop 1-2 Tablespoons of the Corn Mixture Into the Pan and Flatten Lightly. cook For 2 Minutes Each Side or Until Golden and Set. Cook in Batches Using the Remaining Mixture and Oil to Grease.

    Combine the Mayonnaise, Curry Powder, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper.
