Corn Fritters,My kids use to make this at school, we have it as an alternative to potatoes, or a light weekend lunch.,Lacks flavour , a little dry , I would add a strong tasty cheese and 2T Buttler milk and serve with a sweet light chilli sauce.,I’ve never made corn fritters before, and these were not bad! I did use whole wheat flour instead of all purpose. Made them kind of fluffy. May have been better with the all purpose 🙂
