Corn Muffins,Finally, a corn muffin that doesn’t crumble into dust!,It did not turn out all that great. I thought it was going turn out thick and creamy instead it came out airy and grainy. I followed the instructions step by step.,These muffins were super easy to throw together. I reduced the sugar by 1 tbsp as we like a less sweet muffin. Mine did not rise much, maybe I need to check my baking powder! But nevermind, they were great as they were.
