Corn With Garlic and Chives, This is a quick and simple way to liven up plain corn You could use green onions instead of chives but reduce the amount, and adjust the amount of garlic to your taste Use fresh corn cut off the cobs, or frozen , I admit, I didnt use exact measurements but pretty much stuck to the amounts with exception for the garlic I put extra garlic in everything! I like this so much better than plain corn! When I heated up the leftovers, I added a touch of chipotle infused oil to the pan first It was just as good the second day as the first!, LOVED it! my new way to eat corn
