Cornbread-low Carb,,I omitted the sweetener and added 1/4 teaspoon of Amoretti corn extract.,This is about as close as you’re going to get to cornbread on keto. I omitted the sweetener and added 1/4 teaspoon of Amoretti sweet corn extract. Delicious! I did find them just a tad chalky on their own but pair with a dish and it was undetectable.
