Corned Beef and Cabbage Bake, This is a quick and easy recipe if you buy the Swiss cheese and corned beef at the Deli. I think you can cut each casserole into more than four pieces and still have a very filling meal. If you like corned beef and cabbage you will love this recipe., I had to adapt this recipe. used croissant rolls in 9 inch pie plate. I had leftover boiled dinner, corn beef, cabbage, carrots, onion and potato. I drained it and squeezed the liquid from the cabbage. It took longer to get the biscuits cooked. In retrospect, I should have baked the croissants a little before I put the moist stuff in. It was still yummy!
