Cornish Game Hens

Perfect for a special occasion or special family dinner. Very easy and tastes divine. used rosemary instead of tarragon not a big fan of it. I imagine just about any herb would work. My birds had to cook a little longer, but used my instant read thermometer to tell me when they were ready. The skin was crisp, the meat was tender and the sauce was sublime. Thanks.
