Cornmeal Blender Waffles,Cornmeal just adds that extra crispness that I LOVE so much! I love these with some good quality all-fruit preserves. Yum!,Best waffles ever! I have never had such fluffy waffles, and without buttermilk too! Perfectly crisp on the outside, deliciously fluffy on the inside. Amazing texture and flavor. I loved the slight crunch from the cornmeal. I don’t have a blender and just mixed everything by hand, with a whisk. Worked just fine. I doubled the recipe and added 1/3 cup sugar, a good splash of vanilla extract, and some almond extract. We always eat our waffles plain, without toppings, so these are things I add to every waffle recipe.,Added more sugar, some almond extract, and a good amount of vanilla extract.

Preheat Your Waffle Maker and Set Oven Temp To"warm" (so You Can Keep the Waffles Warm While the Others Are Cooking). |

Place All Ingredients in a Blender Container. |

Cover and Process at Med-High Speed Until Dry Ingredients Are Moistened. |

Pour 1/2 Cup (125 Ml) Batter Over Grids. |

Close Waffle Maker Gently and Bake Until Steam No Longer Escapes (about 3-5 Min). |
