Costco Muffins – Copycat,Found on the net and posted so that it will be easier to find when folks ask for the recipe! Prep times are guess-timates.,I followed the recipe exactly and these turned out so incredibly dry! Also, they taste nothing like Costco muffins. Kinda mad I wasted my chocolate chips. Never again will I make this awful recipe.,Doesnt have the texture of a muffin but it does taste incredible. Either way it will be excellent with my coffee in the morning. I forgot to add the extra flour and increased poppy seeds and almond. Will increase even more next time I make these. I also made a little glaze with heavy cream and powdered sugar.
