Cottage Cheese Roast (Vegetarian Meatloaf), Great vegetarian comfort food! Don’t be fooled by the ingredients; the flavor is very much like meatloaf Kitchen alchemy at its finest!, I’ll be honest and say that I was skeptical at first I’ve never made anything like this before and when it went into the pan I wasn’t sure if it would turn out like a meatloaf at all But while it was cooking it smelled delicious and it turned out great! I don’t miss regular meatloaf at all
