    I'll be honest and say that I was skeptical at first. I've never made anything like this before and when it went into the pan I wasn't sure if it would turn out like a "meatloaf" at all. But while it was cooking it smelled delicious and it turned out great! I don't miss regular meatloaf at all.

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F (175 Degrees C).

    Grease a Loaf Pan.

    in a Large Bowl, Combine Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Vegetable Oil, Soup Mix, Walnuts, Cereal and Onion.
