Cottage Cheese Roast (Vegetarian Meatloaf),Great vegetarian comfort food! Don’t be fooled by the ingredients; the flavor is very much like meatloaf. Kitchen alchemy at its finest!,I’ll be honest and say that I was skeptical at first. I’ve never made anything like this before and when it went into the pan I wasn’t sure if it would turn out like a “meatloaf” at all. But while it was cooking it smelled delicious and it turned out great! I don’t miss regular meatloaf at all.
