Cottage Scrambled Eggs, My favorite way to make scrambled eggs The softest, lightest eggs ever , I thought I would try this but my Polish Grandmas was still better before the eggs and the cottage cheese, she always sauted onions in the butter first yum, yum , I only used two eggs because I was only cooking for myself but didn’t alter the cottage cheese because I love cheese I also added green onions, mushrooms, and spices to taste However the taste and texture of the original recipe are amazing It’s very smooth and savoury I’ll definitely be making this again
