    Cottage Scrambled Eggs,“My favorite way to make scrambled eggs. The softest, lightest eggs ever.”,I thought I would try this but my Polish Grandmas was still better……before the eggs and the cottage cheese, she always sautéed onions in the butter first……yum, yum………,I only used two eggs because I was only cooking for myself but didn’t alter the cottage cheese because I love cheese. I also added green onions, mushrooms, and spices to taste. However the taste and texture of the original recipe are amazing. It’s very smooth and savoury. I’ll definitely be making this again.

    Put eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper into blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    In a small fry pan, melt enough butter to coat bottom.

    Pour eggs into fry pan.

    Without stirring, gently push cooked portion to center and continue until all eggs are fully cooked but not dry.
