Cowboy Chili, Everyone should have a good chili recipe and here’s mine!, Thank you for this recipe, the cayenne added a nice kick. I found it kinda watery so I added some barley. Crusty buns makes a nice sloppy joe as well., I love to cook on my smoker so I added liquid smoke to my chili. I only used half the cayenne. I won the cook off at church. It was great.

In a Large Saucepan, Cook Ground Beef, Garlic and Onion Over Medium Heat, Stirring Until Beef Is Browned, About 10 Minutes. |
