Coyote Caviar, Recipe by the Honorable Jane Dee Hull, Governor, Arizona , I made this as directed, layering the ingredients as another reviewer mentioned It was good and we ate it up, but a little bit strong on the onions If I make it again, I will omit either the chopped onion or the green onion and not use both kinds , Everytime I make this people ask for the recipe It’s a user friendly recipe that can be altered to any taste! I generally have found that layering the beans and other ingredients on top of the cream cheese works best for me (rather that around the edges )
