    Drizzle Olive Oil in Bottom of Large Soup Pot Placed on Stove Burner at Medium-High Heat to Begin With.

    When Oil Is Heated Begin Adding the Washed, Chopped Veggies to Saut.

    Stir the Veggies While Sauting With a Wooden Spoon Until Tender.
