Crab Mornay, This comes from my sister and is just wonderful and easy to put together I usually make it in the crockpot to keep it warm for family gatherings , Definately a 5 star in our book I added thin sliced sauted mushrooms and then used it as a crepe filling This was delicious along with roasted asparagus and a small salad Thank you for posting!, Instead of Swiss, used Gruyere cheese with very good results! I made this to have when a friend was coming over, and we both enjoyed it! The leftovers went very well over some puff pastry for me for lunch I didn’t use the cayenne pepper either, and just garnished it with a sprinkle of Tony Chachere’s seasoning instead Loved this!
