1/4 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/4 cup half-and-half cream or 1/4 cup heavy cream
3 dashes tabasco sauce (or to taste)
1 cup crabmeat or 1 cup imitation crabmeat, flaked
1 cup parmesan cheese

    Crab Rockefeller Stuffed Mushrooms, Different and delicious Appetizer or entree , this recipe was Awesome!!! I don’t ususally like to bury the taste of crab but this recipe didn’t do that What a great company dish!, OMG! These are AMAZING! Made them for lunch today! We loved them! I love Oyster Rockefeller so i was drawn to this recipe used real crab- of course ;^), Baby Portabellas, and i put crumbled bacon on the tops These are AWESOME! Thank you for posting this wonderful recipe! Love the photo BTW!

    Clean Mushrooms and Remove Stems.

    Dry and Brush Tops With Olive Oil.

    Add Onion and Saut Until Tender, but not Browned.

    Stuffed Mushrooms to Heaping.

    Put in Lightly Sprayed Baking Dish; Bake at 375 Degrees F. For 15-20 Minutes or Until Juices Release Into Dish; Brown Slightly Until Broiler, If Needed.
