Cracker Barrel Copycat Baby Carrots,This recipe came from CopyKat. It’s easy to make and is a nice side dish with almost any entree. Another plus is it’s a real kid pleaser!,Made according to the recipe, taste nothing like Cracker Barrel at all , not even close . Ended up with regular ol boiled carrots , nothing special . Ahhh guess a trip to Cracker Barrel is in order as this recipe failed .,Cracker barrel actually uses brown sugar, not regular sugar, and bacon drippings. 1/8 cup brown sugar per 3lbs carrots, and 1 tsp bacon fat.
