Cranberry and White Chocolate Scones, Washington State produces large numbers of cranberries This delicious recipe featuring them is from the Inn at Barnum Point, Camano Island, Washington , I was looking for a recipe to use up some ingredients I already had on hand (white chocolate chips, dried cranberries) and found this one I didnt have the half and half but had an open can of evaporated milk so split that with milk and the recipe turned out delicious Thanks for sharing, Just came across this recipe It’s absolutely delightful! Perfect proportions of ingredients Just a note that used frozen butter in the dough Also, popped them in the freezer for 10 minutes before baking after I cut out the wedges Brushed them with heavy cream just before baking Mine took a bit longer than 14 minutes – 15 and a half to be exact They’re light and moist Remember to be gentle and quick with the dough so you don’t end up with tough scones Thank you for the recipe!
