Cranberry Bars, If you’re from Wisconsin you have to love cranberries This is one of my favorite bar recipes and it mixes up very fast and is sooo good , With an almost crispy surface and chewy cakelike center not unlike a brownie, these are delicious I even prefer them over my richer layered cranberry recipe used the cranberries in a frozen state and sliced almonds for my nuts used a Pampered Chef 9×9 stoneware pan and cooked in my convection oven between 35 and 40 minutes , Love these Cranberry bars Also added 1 cup oatmeal and 1/2 tsp almond extract use a 9×13 pan and freeze half of them I make packages of 4 bars using Press and Seal wrap to avoid freezer burn
