Cranberry Cheese Holiday Dip, Good stuff I like it without the cheese, but this is Wisconsin and I think it’s actually against the law to not have a minimum of 3 cheese dishes at a party table , I prepared this in the morning to serve at a party that evening It makes for a beautiful presentation I had not read all of the reviews – my mistake – and used too much horseradish The adults thought it was pretty good but the kids were not fans of it When we took it out for leftovers two days later, the flavors had melded and it tasted much better I will make this again, but I will treat as a make-ahead dish and I will go lighter on the horseradish Thanks for an interesting recipe!
