Cranberry Fruit Coleslaw,This is one of our families favorites and it is requested for the family get togethers throughout the year. It is bright, colorful, easy to make and since it uses low fat ingredients guilt free. The recipe was adapted from one served at the Kimbell Museum in Fort Worth Texas.,This was delicious although I think the name of the recipe should be something like “mixed fruit” coleslaw. There are five fruits listed including the fruit flavored vinegar. used apple cider vinegar and for the best flavor prepared the slaw early in the day. This was served with leftover chicken and rice dish and I will be making it again soon as it was not only good it was quick and easy to whip together. Prepared for Best of 2015 tag game.,l made this to go with Pulled Pork sandwiches for New Year’s Eve. Great! I omitted the carrot b/c used a bagged, shredded Coleslaw mix that already had some carrots. Everyone loved the coleslaw!
