Cranberry Nut Bars, I love the combo of cranberries and walnuts, it’s like a match made in heaven! I suppose you could substitute pecans in this recipe but I don’t recommend it Use walnuts!, Love these treats! They are so easy to make and have a nice tender crumb The cranberries really stand out because of the tartness but not in a sour unpleasant way I suppose you could use dried sweetened cranberries and it would be good but I like the fresh used a rounded cup not 1 1/4 and it was great used parchment paper and pammed it and no sticking Have fun with this recipe!, Easy to make Make sure your pan is plenty greased though These little buggers stick!
