Cranberry Oatmeal Bar Cookies,I always make this with cranberries but it could be made with almost any dried fruit. I adapted this recipe from a recipe in a mystery book by Joanne Fluke. This recipe can be doubled to make a 9 x 13 inch pan of cookies.,We loved these! We ended up doing 1/2 cranberries and 1/2 raisins, as we didn’t have as many cranberries as I thought. We also put them on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, and it worked just fine. I doubt they will survive the night :),I only used one egg per the ingredient list, even though the directions said eggs. I’m guessing the ingredient list one was a typo…

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees, Rack in the Middle Position. |

Melt Butter in a Large Microwave Safe Bowl. |

With a Spatula Spread Dough Evenly Into a Greased 8x8 Baking Pan. |
