    Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins,These are moist, tasty muffins which are especially nice to serve around Christmastime.,These are delicious! The oats add a slight crunch, and the orange really comes through. used frozen cranberries and they worked well. I stirred the wet ingredients into the oat/yogurt mixture to save a bowl and it worked fine.,I made these tonight. I added the orange zest, frozen chopped cranberries, cinnamon and white chocolate chips. So very yummy! All the flavors were amazing!

    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.

    Soak Oats in Yogurt or Sourcream Just Enough to Make It Moist.

    Sift Dry Ingredients (flour, Salt, Baking Powder & Baking Soda) Into a Bowl.
