    Cranberry Orange Muffins, I love the taste of Cranberry, and these muffins are an excellent combination of cranberries and oranges!, These muffins are simple to make and turn out looking great! The only thing is, they dont have a huge amount of flavor Maybe I would add more orange rind next time , McDonalds used to have orange cranberry muffins They were excellent So are these! Anybody who gives them a bad review is not following the directions You do not beat them to death You only stir until it is all wet I think thats very important in this recipe If they came out dry, add a little more juice or even water The batter should be about as thick as brownie batter Before I put them in the oven, I sprinkle them with sugar

    Sprinkle the Tops With the Remaining 1 Tablespoon of Sugar.
