Crazy Pancakes,These are so fast and easy. Something a little different for breakfast. They are wonderful with maple syrup drizzled on top, and no need to butter.,I love these! I have been making them for years and they never get boring. In our house they are called Dutch babies (German) though, and we like to top it with cinnamon and sugar and fruits.,If you used only 3 eggs this would almost be 2/3 of the recipe for German Pancakes which is 1 1/2 cups of milk and flour and 4 eggs 2 tlb spoons of sugar and 1/4 cup of butter. I know it by heart because I have made it sooooooooo many times most of the time I don’t even really measure because I know what it should feel like when mixing it, which I do with a whisk. Puffs up really high and we top it with more butter, lemon juice and powdered sugar. My family has made this since I was little, it came to us through my fathers BF’s wife. I usually zest the lemon than squeeze it into a container with the zest for a more lemony flavor.
