Crazy Spice Cake, One-dish spice cake so easy! For some reason, my mother-in-law showed me how to make it twice 🙂 Make it in the cake pan, serve it straight out of the pan, and eat with some vanilla ice cream However, if you’re unsure about how well it will mix (I’ve never had any problems with it), feel free to use a bowl or two 😉 , I didn’t have the almond extract so used vanilla extract instead I chopped up some walnuts and tossed about 1 1/2 c of finely chopped nuts in as well I ended up adding a bit more flower – not entirely sure how much, I just dusted it in until I had a slightly firmer mixture I did mix the dry ingredients together and then mixed the wet ingredients in another bowl before mixing them all together I also added one egg to help bind everything together My husband loved the cake!, Wonderful! I’d made this for a friend’s birthday and topped it with Recipe #73474 I grew up having the chocolate Crazy Cake for every birthday, but since it was October, I was feeling more like a spice cake – and this recipe absolutely lived up to my expectations! Thank you!
