Cream Cheese Pound Cake,Rich, buttery pound cake. A family favorite. Easy to make and great frosted too.,plain or self rising flour?,UPDATE 2: I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m using a bad/cheap loaf pan and that I need to upgrade… I also made mini cakes using a 6x mini loaf pan that I have. Those came out perfectly and the cakes were amazingly tasty, The Taste reminds me of those butter cookies you find in stores. What I think I’m going to need to do the next time is buy a better loaf pan and probably bake this at a much lower temperature, maybe at 300 for 2 hours or something… Come to think of it, I made this family a long time ago using their own bundt pan as a present, it was supposed to be there housewarming gifts but their entire family ate the whole thing in one day. LOL… So it’s definitely not your recipe, my Tech. Keeping this one!
