In a Mixing Bowl Blend Together Cream Cheese, Water Chestnut and Green Onion With a Piece of the Wrapper Place a 1 Tsp of the Cream Cheese Mixture and Seal the Edge With Some of the Beaten Egg and Fold Diagonally and Press to Seal. Place Into Hot Oil and Fry to a Golden Brown and Drain on Paper Towel. Make About 3 Dozens. |
