Cream of Cauliflower Soup,This soup is very good and fast and easy. Its great on a cool winter evening.,This was a very tasty soup and easy to make. I pureed mine with an immersion blender and it was even easier and faster to get on the table. I liked the texture very much, not too heavy at all. I also served mine with a little parmesan and green onion on top. It goes great with a baguette or some hearty crackers. I’ll make it again for sure!,My favorite soup ever. used a l/2 cup of lactose free milk and pureed with an immersion blender right in the pot and it came out thick and creamy. many thanks for a great and simple recipe.
