Cream Of Mushroom Soup,,Loved this recipe! Only thing I changed was I made a double batch! Thanks so much. ?,This was delicious! Especially for being so easy! I didn’t have any half and half, so used a can (12 oz.) of evaporated milk instead. used one package of white, sliced mushrooms (which was more than the 3 cups called for), which I sauteed in 5 Tbs of butter, and added the whole thing to the broth/flour mixture. When it was finished, it was delicious, but seemed a little thin, so I added another 3-4 Tbs of flour. For seasoning all I added was salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. I will DEFINITELY be making this again!!!
