Creamy Beef Stroganoff Over Rice

Nice easy recipe! I browned the beef in the crock pot set on high while I was getting ready in the morning. Then used paper towels to absorb the grease before adding everything else. I found after 6 hours on low it was great! I added the sour cream and flour, turned up to high for half an hour while I made the noodles. PERFECT!

Creamy Beef Stroganoff Over Rice,This recipe is wonderfully easy! You can make it the night before, store in the refrigerator, and cook it all the next day while you are at work, coming home to a hot meal!,Nice easy recipe! I browned the beef in the crock pot set on high while I was getting ready in the morning. Then used paper towels to absorb the grease before adding everything else. I found after 6 hours on low it was great! I added the sour cream and flour, turned up to high for half an hour while I made the noodles. PERFECT!,I was so worried that this recipe was going to turn out bland but it wasn’t! used ground turkey because it was cheaper. The onions were vidalia that used and used beef broth because I couldn’t find consumme and didn’t want the MSG from the boullion. I also added 2 more cans of mushrooms because we love them so when the sour cream time came, I added a little extra and a tiny bit of extra flour to compensate. I was really good. My fiance and I were both stuffed at the end of the meal. Definitely a keeper he says (and so do I).
