    Thelma Lou’s Cashew Fudge, From Aunt Bee’s Mayberry Cookbook Very good and rich!, made this with cashew peanut butter and it was great:), I hate to be the negative one here, but this fudge was so cloyingly sweet, it made our teeth burn On the positive side, it’s quick and easy But even the fabulous flavor of cashews is covered by all that sugar I gave the pan away to growing neighborhood boys hope I didn’t turn them diabetic

    Grease a 9-Inch Square Pan. in a Saucepan, Melt the Butter and Add the Brown Sugar. Cook Over Low Heat For 2 Minutes, Stirring Constantly. Add the Milk and Continue Cooking, Stirring Until the Mixture Boils. Remove from the Heat and Allow to Cool.

    Gradually Add the Confectioners' Sugar Until the Mixture Is of Fudge Consistency. Add the Nuts. Spread in the Prepared Pan and Cool.
