Very good soup! Is there a typo on the roux ingredients? It says 4 teaspoons of butter and flour, but I really think it should be 4 Tablespoons of butter and flour. My first try came out very thin when I did 4 teaspoons. But that may be because used 2 cups of lactose free whole milk in stead of the light cream (because of personal issues with cream). I also doubled the amount of cheese called for so, the flavor of the cheese would come through. Will definitely make again.
