Creamy Cheesy Chili Potato Casserole, After making way too much homemade chili, I came up with this recipe to use up the leftovers. I haven’t seen this one anywhere else, but it is delicious, easy, cheap, and filling., This is soooo goood! The ultimate comfort food. Kinda high on the calorie meter but its so worth it!!! Everyone raves when i make it. Im vegetarian so use a lentil chilli i make and most of the time now i make chilli just to turn it into this. Yummmm thanks for sharing
