Creamy Chicken and Chilies Casserole, This is a quick and easy weeknight meal with great flavor , What a wonderful dinner! used 3 chicken breasts and all the sauce I didn’t use all the tomato because of personal preference I will be making this quick and easy casserole again , This was great! I made only a few changes I left out the mushrooms and used a taco blend cheese I served it with a salad, no rice as we’re low carbin’ right now I added about 1/4 skim milk to the soup mixture, but it wasn’t needed and made it a little too watery I will certainly be making this again!
