Spinach and Chicken Casserole, Good comfort food this winter!, It may be that I just didn’t get the seasoning right, but DH and I both felt like this needed something Something dry and savoury, like feta, or potatoes, or chickpeas And if I add one of those, then I think I’d omit the milk&egg mixture Also I’d prefer to use most of the salt on the chicken instead of the sauce Chalk this review up to personal taste, the recipe works beautifully and I definitely needed a reminder on how wonderfully spinach and chicken go together! Thanks for sharing!, Delicious! and very easy to put together I made this with cubed cooked turkey in place of chicken that I had frozen in my freezer, I added about 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese and some black pepper to the cream mixture also, I added some fresh minced garlic with the spinach, and fryed for a couple of minutes, used 1/2 tsp dried thyme for the herbs Varsha, this was absoutely wonderful, thanks for posting!
