1 teaspoon dry mustard

Creamy Crock Pot Mac N Cheese

    I don't think I have had margarine in the house in thirty years..So will use real Butter, prob 3/4 stick. ..did anyone do the same? I need extra creamy M & C as I like to put the dish full into my smoker and finish cooking.. I will add Panko mixed with the remaining butter sprinkled on top before smoking. Dry mustard is a must. and maybe a combo of different cheeses?

It is SOOOOO good. I don’t make it too often bc of the high calories but I don’t want to change it or lighten it in any way. Why mess with perfection? Thank you SO much for this awesome recipe!!!

    Cook Shell Macaroni According to Package Directions; Drain.

    Place Cooked Shells in a 5-Quart Greased Crock Pot; Add Margarine and Stir to Cover.

    in a Sauce Pan Over Medium Heat,Combine Soup and 1/2 and 1/2. Stir Until Smooth. Add Eggs and Dry Mustard and Stir Until Combined. Add Cheese and Stir Until Completely Melted and Smooth.

    Pour Cheese Sauce Over Shells and Stir Well.

    Cover and Cook on Low For 2 1/2 - 4 Hours.
