Creamy Curry Cauliflower Soup

Features:
    Cuisine:

Flavourful and pretty easy. The most work was chopping up the cauliflower, I did it into somewhat small chunks and did most of getting it small enough for soup with the blender. Thanks for sharing! Made for PAC Spring 2014.

Creamy Curry Cauliflower Soup,A nice hot soup on a cold day! This recipe is easy to make, and can be easily adjusted to suit your taste. I have also used this soup as a curry sauce after having sauted other curry ingredients such as chicken, bamboo shoots and diced potatoes.,Flavourful and pretty easy.
